Omnigrid^TM Microarrayer

The OmniGrid is a high performance, multi-axis microarrayer capable of arraying biological samples from standard 96- or 384-well microwell plates onto a variety of substrates, including glass slides and nylon membranes.

·         Robust, high-speed, and high-capacity

·         Built in wash, sonication and dry station for custom protocols 

        ·      Complete system includes an enclosure with HEPA filter for dust free printing and humidity control for controlled sample drying.

Beginning with 1/16" diameter stainless steel, a 40° conical tip is precision ground and then a 0.015" (0.038mm) wide slot is accurately centered and cut using a 0.001" diameter EDM wire (thinner than the width of a human hair). 

Telechem      Stealth Printhead and forty-eight Micro Spotting Pins. :

Stealth 48 Printhead holds 48 digitally manufactured identical micro spotting pins for faster arraying.
