5.Why does the SUBMIT button not work ?

An outdated version of Microsoft Explorer or Netscape Navigator was used.  Microsoft Explorer version 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator version 6.0 or higher is required.

7.What is the criteria for RNA samples?

The quality of the RNA for labeling is critical for successful microarrays.  The best current way to determine RNA quality is to obtain RNA profiles using the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100.

The RNA must meet certain minimum criteria as determined from the Agilent Bioanalyzer analysis.

8. What if my RNA amount for labeling is limited?

We recommend 20mg per fluorescence labeling reaction.  We can successfully label 10mg per reaction but there is some loss of fluorescence intensity.  Other methods are available for labeling lesser amounts of total RNA, e.g., the labeling kit from Arcturus.  A labeling option will be applied after consultation with the investigator.

9. How long to complete a microarray order?

Three to 4 weeks after submitting the RNA for labeling.
