Please read carefully the instructions below for the submission of DNA for printing.

The GML will print and analyze any DNA submitted by investigators such as:

• cDNA
• PCR products
• Oligonucleotides

• Suspend the DNA in 50% DMSO at a concentration of 0.5ug/ul.
• Transfer 10ul of each DNA sample into 384 well plates provided by the GML.
• Submit the following to the GML located at Kettering Lab 336:
1. 384-well plates containing the DNA to be printed.
2. RNA samples.  Click here for Criteria for RNA Submission.
3. Sample Tracking File saved on a disk.  The Sample Tracking File is a tab delimited text file that allows us to track where samples have been printed on the slides.
