Investigator-generated custom arrays
are available now.
Please read carefully the instructions below for the submission of DNA
for printing.
The GML will print and analyze any DNA submitted by investigators such as:
- cDNA
- PCR products
- Oligonucleotides
|
Instructions for submission of
investigator cDNA, PCR products and oligonucleotides for microarray
analysis
- Suspend the DNA in 50% DMSO at a concentration of 0.5ug/ul.
- Transfer 10ul of each DNA sample into 384 well plates provided by
the GML.
- Submit the following to the GML located at Kettering Lab 336:
- 384-well plates containing the DNA to be printed.
- RNA samples. Click here for Criteria
for RNA Submission.
- Sample Tracking File saved on a disk. The
Sample Tracking File is a tab delimited text file that allows
us to
track where samples have been printed on the slides.
